"Amazingly helpful and friendly staff. The bathrooms were cleaned every day. The breakfast had quite a bit of variety."

"We were abke to check in early and we were able to change to a bigger room. The cleaner was very friendly and helpful, finding our childs toys and getting them back to us. I liked the chocolate puddings available for breakfast!"
"The rooms are missing curtains, so a lot of light comes in, we borrowed a blanket to try and keep it darker (we have a toddler so its important its a dark room to sleep in). The shower on the first floor....was cold...I mentioned that there was a problem and it was investigated straight away...but i was told to turn the tap only a small amount. It didnt make a difference, the shower went hot, but soon went cold again. A shame as it really let the hotel down."
