"L'hotel està molt ben situat per visitar la fortalesa de Tsaravets (no pot estar més a prop) i té una vista magnífica per la nit des de la terrassa del pis superior on es pot seure a veure la vista quan la fortalesa està il·luminada. L'hotel està bé en línies generals i resulta confortable. L'esmorzar és corrrecte però tampoc té res d'especial. Disposa d'un aparcament de pagament al costat on es pot deixar el cotxe que resulta molt còmode, ja que sinó és dificil trobar algun lloc per aparcar. La noia de recepció era molt amable i competent. Val a dir que ens vam quedar una nit menys de les que havíem reservat inicialment, i per part de l'hotel no ens van posar cap inconvenient ni ens van fer cap càrrec per aquest motiu, el que va ser tot un detall a favor seu."

"L'habitació éra correcta però potser necessita una actualització... era amplia, tenia tot el necessari, era confortable i estava neta, però no tenia gaire encant i el mobiliari estava una mica vell. El mateix passava per exemple a la terrasa de l'edifici, on hi havia algunes taules i cadires, però es veia tot una mica vell i deixat. És una bona opció per allotjar-se a Veliko tarnovo però es podrien millorar algun detalls com els esmentats. També val a dir que no disposa d'ascensor..."

"La ubicació de l'hotel és immillorable, permet veure des de l'habitació la fortalesa. De nit es pot veure l'espectacle de llums perfectament des de la terrassa, des de l'habitació nostra també, però no totes ho podien veure. L'habitació és gran i confortable."

"Tot i que l'hotel ofereix aparcament a un solar al costat, ho valoram com a negatiu, ja que només hi ha espai per 8 cotxes, fàcilment et pots quedar sense forat. A més, tot i que sabíem que era de pagament, no ens ho varen avisar al principi, a part, costa 15 bgn, no 10 com diu a la web. L'esmorzar és molt senzill."
