"The balcony has a view to die for. Very spacious room. Has character. Good location. Quiet but only a short climb to the main street."
"There are many comments in reviews about cleanliness. In truth it is not spotlessly clean and the carpet in my room really does need replacing, but basic cleaning is OK. It is an old building and has real character and is great value. This more than compensates for old furniture and lack of regular deep cleaning"

"The house was a renovated original old Bulgarian house with nice folkloric decoration and amenities. The lady who received us was very warm and responsive, she even bought special bread for my husband who has diabetes. Thank you, Minka! The room was quiet, very basic but with all necessary equipment. The bed was comfortable."
