"Well 1st of all a big thank you to a guy on reception sorry I don't know your name but he gave me a room on the 2nd floor because I was struggling with my mobility which was greatly appreciated the hotel is in a great place a few minutes from brussels central station and a minute from the grand place and there's all kinds of cafes shops n bars nearby and for me 1 of the best locations in brussels"

The hotel is open around the clock, which is incredibly convenient, and the communication beforehand was detailed and accurate — everything I found on arrival matched the information provided. The room and the bathroom are genuinely tiny — that’s the only drawback, but it wasn’t an unpleasant surprise, more of a funny detail. And with that in mind: the value for money is exceptional. I would definitely stay here again."
