"There is no elevator and stairs get narrower as you climb. Can be difficult with luggage. But, it does add to the uniqueness of our stay. Kind of double edged sword. Staff was great in emailing suggestions on what to do or where to eat. On answering questions not so good. Wifi and TV converter not working, sent 2 emails and no response. Could have been better that way. Not the end of the world but just a little annoying. The good still outweighs the bad."

"Perfect location in Brussels; would definitely stay there again and recommend. Great room, very comfortable bed. Lovely kitchen and breakfast facilities. Everything was made easy for us. Lovely square with heaps of cafes, restaurants and access to the metro station within about 100m, making this B&B super convenient. Easy walk to city centre."

"That we couldn't stay longer. Just be aware of the steep stairs if you have lots of luggage - this was not a problem for us; its just the norm in lots of places."

"The property canceled breakfast and they let us know about it 3 days before coming, but they don’t serve it for 4 months already. We paid the full price as we would have breakfast. Then 1 day before the end of our stay we asked about possibility of late check out or leaving the suitcases for 2 hours and nobody answered the message. Just really bad communication."

"My room was on the 3rd floor where the stairs were pretty steep and narrow and there wasn’t an elevator. I believe this should be written in capital letters because climbing up those stairs with your luggage might be pretty risky if you are as elderly as me."
