"Dat de beide deuren 'nachts van buitenaf verlicht bleven (het maakte de grootste slaapkamer minder donker en dan vat ik moeilijk slaap). 1 avond maakten de buren te veel lawaai tot middernacht, gewoon luid praten en lachen hoor je te goed doorheen de muur, dus wou ik hen ook niet lastigvallen ermee. De andere nachten verliepen veel beter."

"De kwaliteit van de dartspijltjes en tafeltennisbats waren pover. Hygiëne van het huisje was niet top, heel veel stof en spinnewebben overal (stoelpoten, onder de kachel, achter de vaatwasser, aan de verlichting en trap,...) Veel stof in de zetel. Raamsverduistering en muggengaas op de slaapkamers zijn aan vervanging toe."
