The costs of cleaning are 100 euro, this is an extra charge by Booking.com There will be a deposit that has to be paid in cash on arrival. You will receive the deposit back minus the costs of the water, elektricity and pallets for the heathing( in the winter) and the garbage bags of the municipality of Middelkerke (obligatory) on your bankaccount provided by you. Babybeds on request will have an additional fee of 5 euro per day .

"Het huisje heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Speelgoed voor de kinderen. Een bolderkar en fietsen. Een wandelingetje naar het strand is kort bij. Het was een heerlijk verblijf!"

"We werden warm onthaald met een duidelijke rondleiding en een leuke verwelkoming. Leuke speelhoek voor de kinderen en ook buiten werd aan de kinderen gedacht. Mooi gerenoveerd, badkamer en keuken modern en praktisch. De ideale gezinsvakantie!"
