"We had a wonderful stay at the Perth Beach House. The room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable, with a fantastic view. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the beach and only about 10 minutes on foot to great coffee shops and lovely restaurants in Scarborough. The host was very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely love to come back."

"There was a bit of noise from the busy road running along the ocean. You only heard the traffic when sitting on the deck. The rooms were quiet when the deck doors were closed."

The house is fresh and new, clean and very well looked after. Erin and Rick have really thought about every little detail to make sure your stay is a luxury one."
