"We would appreciate a longer sheets for saunas, the towels were not really that long and as well little dimmer light in sauna would be amazing, but that is more of a personal preferrence."

"Breakfast was excellent, variety of foods and many choices. You have to choose breakfast for sure. When I called 0 for room service, the people were very helpful and prompt. Food in the room was very good (expensive though) . Garten cafe is very good (expensive though). Some waiters are very kind some other not. Gift shop inside is perfect. Gym was nice with expensive equiment and towels."

"Parking is not good, some few spaces in the U2 level underground that cost 29 euros per day. Difficult to enter-exit through a different elevator that is just outside of the sitting room and goes to the parking. Champions Bar restaurant needs bigger portions for the money you pay and also need to enrich the menu. Atmosphere is very sportive. I went there only once. Room need a better cleaning under the beds. Also some cleaning service ladies are not talking English and cannot understand you at all. The price of the room (small room) is extremely high. One day one of the three elevators didn't work for some hours and the other 2 were much crowded."

"The location was perfect. In 5 minutes on foot, you can reach the St. Stephen Cathedral, the centre of Vienna. I found the room quite small to fit the whole family (4p). The breakfast was fantastic. My kids made use of the spa facilities, including the warm swimming pool, while outside it was snowing. Absolutely beautiful. The staff was very helpful and professional."

"Amazing staff from the moment we arrived Our wedding anniversary was noted and we had complimentary cava and chocolates in our room. Spa was lovely and slept well in the quiet rooms. Breakfast was outstanding…. So much choice to choose from. Thank you for a wonderful stay."
