Surrounded by mountains and meadows, the Oberlehenhof is a family-run organic farm in a quiet location in Kaprun, a 10-minute walk from the village centre. It offers a large children’s playground with a small petting zoo, a sun terrace with views of the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier, free WiFi access, and free parking. Fresh Alpine water is available from the Oberlehenhof’s own spring. Oberlehenhof has its own organic farm, which can be visited by guests. A hiking trail starts directly in front of the property. The ski bus stops 50 metres away and takes guests to the surrounding ski lifts. It is free from 24 December until the end of March. Guests can ski at the Kitzsteinhorn ski area all year round. A slope for beginners and children can be found behind the guest house. From May to October, the Zell am See-Kaprun Summer Card is included in the price. It comprises many free benefits and reductions in the region.

"Beautiful location, in a quiet area and very nice views to Maiskogel! The guesthouse is very close to the bus station, you can take the bus to the city center and Maiskogel. The apartment was clean, with a beautiful modern well equipped kitchen. For breakfast, you can enjoy the family's farm products! Perfect choice for Kaprun!"

"the shower cabin is small, they haven't changed the towels at all in 5 days, they haven't entered the rooms to clean at all in 5 days, I haven't found the trash can anywhere outside, they only have 2 sockets in the entire living room"

"Dieser kleine, familiengeführte Hof ist ein ganz besonderer Ort: Hier lebt die Familie mit der Landwirtschaft in wunderschöner Lage zentral in Kaprun und doch in der Natur, und als Gäste darf man teilhaben, hat aber auch viel Privatsphäre: Morgens bekommt man frische Brötchen, Eier und Milch, die Appartements sind mit allem ausgestattet was es braucht - und man kann zum Lechnerberg auf die Übungspiste sogar mit den Skiern rüber laufen und direkt losfahren/ zurück mit den Skiern nach Hause. Die Familie ist unglaublich aufmerksam und herzlich- so viel Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder."
