The family-run PEOPLE'S Complex Hoteler is located at the entrance to Kaprun, directly at the ski lift 3K K-onnection with direct access to the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier. A ski school and ski rental are located in the same building as PEOPLE'S Boutique-Hotel. An ice rink and a flood-lit cross-country ski run are nearby. The ski bus stop is only 50 metres away, and the Tauern bike path passes the guest house. The Zell am See-Kaprun Summer Card is included from 15 May until 15 October, and allows free admission and discounts at several local attractions, as well as for cable cars and public transport.

"Very close to ski lift, storage for ski/snowboard equipment, breakfast was excellent with many varieties including lots of organic teas, saunas and resting area have great views - you can see people who are skiing while you’re chilling"

"Excellent location just about 100 metres from the cable car station. Breakfast is very delicious with lots of choice of food. Staff especially the front office manager, are very helpful and friendly. Daily cleaning is good and this hotel is pets friendly."

"The location is fantastic. Right next to the cable car station of Maiskogelbahn and there's also a big supermarket next to it. The staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast is pretty decent too. From the balcony of the room we could see Kitsteinhorn and also the church in the town."
