"L'atenció de totes les persones que durant els 3 dies ens van atendre va ser perfecte. No és un hotel de 5 estrelles, està clar, però pel preu que pagues és més que suficient. A més la calefacció estava sempre encesa i no vam passar gens de fred. Molt ben situat, amb forns de pa just davant i supermercat també. L'autobús, el tramvia i el metro molt a prop."

"I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Even though the building is a bit old, the kindness and helpful attitude of the staff made my experience very pleasant. The breakfast was prepared nicely every morning, and the reception staff were always ready to help and give advice about how to move around the city more easily. I especially appreciated Ahmed from the reception. One evening he even came to meet me when I was returning from the metro late at night because I felt a bit worried. Although Vienna is a very safe and calm city, this kind gesture made me feel even more comfortable and cared for. Thank you for the warm hospitality."

"Staff was very helpful and nice, they let us store our luggages there after check out and before check in. The room was clean and nice, beds were comfortable. Amazing position, well connected to the metro station thanks to the tram and the bus. Overall amazing value for the money spent."

"The room was clean, had the old look to it, but thats what you pay for. I didnt take breakfast but it costs 14 euros so its decent, we bought parking for 20 euros and it was in a guarded parking lot 100 meters away."

"I could not go straight into the parking, but i had to park on a nearby street first to check in and get a card for the parking and just after that i could go"

"Clean room, comfortable bed, adequate breakfast, kind staff, storageroom after checkout, good location with several connections to downtown Vienna. Very cheap. If you are looking for a clean budget-friendly option to sleep a night or two, it is perfect. The furniture and the building is a bit run-down but for 33 EUR/night for a room in Vienna proper, you get what you get."
