"Està totalment reformat i molt i molt ben comunicat per metro, l’estació esta a 7’ en linea recta i para un autobús just a la porta. Personal de recepció molt correcte i colaborador en tot moment."
"L’esmorzar es justet i no hi ha cartells indicant el que ofereixen ni en alemany ni anglès, seria molt útil tot i que algunes coses son evidents pels occidentals no tant pel turisme oriental."
"L' habitació (triple de la cinquena planta de l' edifici nou) és molt ample i ben equipada. Te una habitació amb llit doble i una sala d'estar amb un sofà llit que pot ser també doble). Està relativament ben situat, potser no és el millor barri de la ciutat, però tens l' estació de tren central a uns 15 minuts caminant, o a dos parades de tramvia. El mateix tramvia ( linea O) et porta a Prater, Belvedere, l'estació on et porta el CAT airport transfer,... També tens a uns cinc minuts caminant una parada de metro que et porta al centre. Els recepcionistes molt amables i amb ganes d' ajudar-te. Les senyores del menjador (esmorzar correcte) son una mica "seques", no et diuen ni bon dia, però fan la seva feina."

"I liked everything. The staff were amazing. The breakfast was wonderful. The facilities exceeded my expectations. The view wasn’t so good. I was there just for one night so it didn’t really matter. The bed and pillows were comfortable everything spotless. The location is amazing central to everything. I enjoyed my stay."

"A hotel located outside the city center, but well connected, close to the train station, tram, and metro stops. The hotel is a bit older but clean and well maintained. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is quite simple, but it was enough for us. Overall, a good value for money."
