"The view is excellent! The room is very cozy with a balcony can see the alps. The staffs there are also really nice, especially Klaus who helped me a lot regarding the transportation and the foods."

"Being a solo traveller, it's always good to meet a friendly helpful receptionist as first port of call, and Klaus could not have been more helpful, informing me about buses, the welcome card, and other info about the hotel and places to go. Very comfy bed, fantastic view with balcony. It was lovely to look down on innsbruck at night with all the twinkling lights. Inclusive breakfast a bonus too and good selection, with friendly waiter. If I'm ever back in the area, i would definitely stay again, and recommend to others. Only thing which might make it even better would be to supply kettles, tea, coffee etc in the rooms."

From the very first moment I appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, always ready to give advice and to respond to every request with a smile. The property is beautiful and well maintained, in a convenient location that makes it easy to get around and reach everything you need without difficulty. My room was comfortable, with a lovely view that made the stay even more pleasant. One aspect I found particularly useful was the kitchen area available for guests: having access to a refrigerator, a microwave, and a vending machine was a real plus, especially for those who like to organize themselves independently. The services in general fully met my expectations and made the stay both practical and relaxing. We will be back for sure. Mariana & Cristina"
