"Perfectly clean and tidy room and facilities. Great locations for bus and trams into old town. Lovely breakfast continental style. The most perfectly boiled egg I've ever had and lady serving us was very kind and helpful."

"Super nice owner, good location, comfortable big room. Tram stop is about 5 minutes from hotel, big supermarket (and IKEA) - 10 minutes. There is no air conditioning or fan, but when we opened all windows it helped (it was +30 during our stay)"
"Everything was great but shower holder was weak and the shower splashed in all directions, so after each shower there were puddles of water on the floor. Perhaps the owners should try to shower in each room and check how the showers work and fix it."

"I cuscini li abbiamo trovati un po' scomodi e, in bagno, pensavamo di trovare in dotazione anche lo shampoo, mentre era presente solo il bagnoschiuma. Nulla di grave, comunque, per il resto ci siamo trovati più che bene."
"Ottima struttura, facilmente raggiungibile dall'autostrada. Ambiente a gestione familiare, le signore sono cordialissime e molto disponibili. Pulizia e servizi davvero impeccabili, colazione molto ricca sia dolce che salata. Posizione comodissima: a meno di 100 mt dalla fermata del tram che in 10 minuti porta in pieno centro: Un centro commerciale, utile per qualsiasi evenienza a meno di 500 mt. Davvero una bella esperienza!"

"Bei der Bewertung wäre hervorragend oder außergewöhnlich nicht treffend. Sehr gut gebe ich auf jeden Fall, die Tochter war sehr, sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Frühstück bekommt man genug und immer wieder nach. Weiches Ei immer perfekt am Punkt. Betten für uns super. Bad neu. Straßenbahn ist 5 Minuten entfernt und damit kommt man super in die Stadt. Werde wieder dort nächtigen."

"A very friendly host family, taking care of all kinds of needs you have. The food is delicious and the room service is flexible. By extending the stay is easily arranged. You can get wide range of authentic local wines from the hotel with reasonable price and nicely packed. In summer it should be a nice location to discover the local wine region."
"Spacious and well equipped. Ski storage is really useful. Ski bus stop to Zillertal Arena is less than 100 mts from property, which is super useful."

"We really liked the location — only a 3-minute drive to the ski lift. Parking was convenient, and the views from the windows were very nice. The apartment was warm and cozy. The kitchen-living area with the sofa and TV was especially comfortable, perfect for relaxing in the evening. The bathroom was great, with a good shower and the existing bathtub, which was a nice bonus. Overall, we liked everything. If the existing bathtub were converted into a jacuzzi, it would be an absolutely top-level bonus and would make the stay even more exceptional."
