Els Apartaments a Berlín

"Unterkunft liegt in ruhigem Hinterhof, alle Räume und Geräte waren sauber und funktionsfähig, uns hat an Ausstattung nichts gefehlt. Der Host sowie sein Personal waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, An- und Abreise hat reibungslos funktioniert. Wir waren als Gruppe zu 7. vor Ort und würden jederzeit wieder buchen!"

"Das Appartement ist freundlich, modern, komfortabel und bis ins Detail liebevoll ausgestattet. Es ist alles da was man benötigt. Es gibt einen Balkon mit Blick in den Garten . Die Vermieter wohnen vor Ort und sind ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gibt jederzeit einen Ansprechpartner und Hilfestellung wenn gewünscht. Auch gab es einen kleinen Willkommensgruß. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, ein paar Minuten Fußweg zur S- Bahn. Trotzdem wohnt man in einer schönen ruhigen Siedlung und kann die Ruhe genießen. Wir werden es weiter empfehlen und auf jeden Fall wieder kommen."

"Great location for our needs. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Although there were several maintenance items to attend to, they did not cause us any issues. It could've been 5 stars if there was a little more attention to detail."

"The apartment was clean – both the place itself, as well as the bedding and towels."

"Communication with the property was very difficult – the phone and chat connected only to a virtual assistant, not a real person. The security deposit was not mentioned during the booking process. I was only informed about it two days before arrival. My email regarding the deposit received no reply. I finally got an answer on the day of check-in (I ended up paying the deposit just one day before arrival). There was no heating – the radiators did not work, and the thermostat seemed broken. After reporting the issue, we were given a portable heater, but it was not enough to warm up the whole apartment, which is divided into two sleeping areas. The doors let in cold air, which made the place even colder. No basic kitchen items were provided (such as sugar, salt, or pepper)."

"The apartment is situated on ground floor and does not seem to be adjacent to any other apartments (there is an entrance hall to the inner building courtyard on one side, not sure for the other, front/back looks on the inner courtyard and the street). It was very quiet, we could sleep out. The three bedrooms are well separated and allow a lot of privacy. There are good options to get a snack or buy something to drink in the vicinity. The apartment is a 15-min walking distance to the nearest metro station and walking distance to the popular night clubs in the area. The communication with the host was excellent."

"The apartment does not have a proper living room, we hanged in one of the bedrooms when we were not outside on sightseeing or enjoying Berlin otherwise (which was most of the time anyway). The kitchen is very small and has no table - not suitable for having meals inside (which we also didn't plan anyway). The check out time at 11.00 is excellent. Only 1 roll of toilet paper was provided, we had to restock,"
