"L'amabilitat del personal, sempre atentes a solucionar qualsevol petita cosa que pogués passar malgrat els problemes d'idioma. Per exemple, se'ns va endarrerir el vol 10 hores però ens van deixar entrar, igualment, encara que era passada la mitjanit. Un parell de coses que hem trobat a faltar, de seguida ens les han resolt. Tot estava net i endreçat. Ben ubicat respecte del centre, sense estar en el rovell de l'ou que sembla força sorollós."

No és res d'important però potser podrien ampliar l'equipament de cuina que és suficient però una mica just. El llit (pel meu gust) era una mica massa tou però això sempre és molt personal.

The height and flight of stairs.

"Pristine; large, pleasantly decorated rooms; hot and cold water on each floor and coffee at reception; beautiful view out the back of the mountains. Set in a very pleasant square with a number of good restaurants, well-located for the historic centre and the destinations up the valley. 30 minute pleasant walk to the cable car."

"The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful with directions to/from the property and allowing me to stay in the bar area until I went to the bus station in the evening."

The room was basic (ie basic bathroom, wardrobe, tv, no desk) and was in the process of being cleaned when I arrived, but then this could be reflected in the 'budget' cost I paid for the accommodation.

More kitchen stuff would be great and a more cleaner bathroom.

"From the beginning when I booked, contacted in private, for further information, the host has been very nice. The place is located in a small hill with an amazing view and rivers sound. Huge space for a family and not just for a couple as we were. Shortly, highly recommended!!! Well done guys and may God bless you."

"Ralph, Natalia, and Chris are very welcoming hosts. We were made to feel right at home. They went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The picturesque location is awe-inspiring!"

Que l'esmorzar no està al mateix edifici i cal agafar el cotxe i fer 5km. A.part que només el fan fins les 10h del matí.

"Very nice apartment in a quiet place with a beautiful view of nature with good air, good instructions on how to get to the apartment, very convenient with an electric lock with a code. Nearby is the Moldovan embassy, two steps away (for those who care). I recommend!"

"A fantastic find! Good location in tropical countryside just outside of Batumi near to the Botanical gardens. Facilities perfect. Good sized rooms and lovely pool. Faultless! Diana and Casto were the perfect hosts and very family orientated. We had a medical emergency and they went above and beyond to help us in a difficult situation."

"Very comfortable sleeping room, big kitchen and dining room area. Everything you need regarding cleaning, washing and household. Within 15 minutes of walking you can get directly to the city center and the harbour. The town park is within a 5 minute walk. Marna is a very friendly and humorous person as well. So everything was awesome!"

"La localització és molt bona..L'Hotel té molt bones instal.lacions, hi ha ascensor i aparcament. La recepció funciona sempre i té cafès, restaurants, botigues al voltant. Hi ha un servei de tintoreria per a la roba just al davant. Les distàncies a peu són mínimes. El lavano gran i l'habitació també."

No access to the pool.

"The place was very, very quiet (you only heard the rustling of th sea) and the view on the sea was extremely beautiful, one of the best sea views I ever saw (and I travelled a lot!). When I was there I also saw very many butterflies. The room was well equipped with fridge and tea facilities. The lady can make good meals. The village of Sauteurs is only half an hour walking from the place over a quiet road. Sauteurs is a little dull but has a certain Caribbean charm."

There is no airco. The cottages are on a slope, so sometimes you have to climb from your cottage to th reception and restaurant.
