"L'amabilitat del personal, sempre atentes a solucionar qualsevol petita cosa que pogués passar malgrat els problemes d'idioma. Per exemple, se'ns va endarrerir el vol 10 hores però ens van deixar entrar, igualment, encara que era passada la mitjanit. Un parell de coses que hem trobat a faltar, de seguida ens les han resolt. Tot estava net i endreçat. Ben ubicat respecte del centre, sense estar en el rovell de l'ou que sembla força sorollós."

No és res d'important però potser podrien ampliar l'equipament de cuina que és suficient però una mica just. El llit (pel meu gust) era una mica massa tou però això sempre és molt personal.

"A fantastic find! Good location in tropical countryside just outside of Batumi near to the Botanical gardens. Facilities perfect. Good sized rooms and lovely pool. Faultless! Diana and Casto were the perfect hosts and very family orientated. We had a medical emergency and they went above and beyond to help us in a difficult situation."

"It's located in a very nice place. 5-10 minutes from the beach, close to supermarket and restaurant. The hotel has very nice territory. The room is cosy and quite comfortable. It was very quiet, because we were at the end of the season and there were almost no people there. Very nice terrace. But you need to have something against mosquitoes (we bought in supermarket candles with citrone, which cost nothing and work very well)."

I was reading negative reviews about showers, but when I got there for the first time, I had almost claustrophobia, but to be honest, I also had worse. The water is hot and with strong flowing, so it's not so bad. I don't understand why we got so a lot of keys, special that half of them you don't use. Also, the kitchen has a very basic thing, but it was no sponge for washing dishes, only one knife, no grinder for cheese, and no vine glasses. Ventilation in the kitchen doesn't work. In the room was cold, while outside was warm, which would be nice in summer, but we were in October. So i was always cold inside in the evening and night. But you can't keep everything open, otherwise you will have a lot of mosquitoes. Also, the bed for me was not so comfortable. When my husband was moving, I almost had seasickness. The hotel has they own "parking", but to get there you need to go through some dump, you should to be very careful there, and sign for this place very small so easy to miss it, when just arrived.

"Ralph, Natalia, and Chris are very welcoming hosts. We were made to feel right at home. They went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The picturesque location is awe-inspiring!"

Communication prior to our arrival was also very informative and friendly. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was amazing. So comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean and small touches around the room were cozy and well thought out. The surroundings are peaceful and our night stay was exactly what we needed after a big hike that day. Great for relaxation."

The hot water doesn’t last for very long but the water pressure is super good!

"La localització és molt bona..L'Hotel té molt bones instal.lacions, hi ha ascensor i aparcament. La recepció funciona sempre i té cafès, restaurants, botigues al voltant. Hi ha un servei de tintoreria per a la roba just al davant. Les distàncies a peu són mínimes. El lavano gran i l'habitació també."

"A small hostel-style place. It's located on a fair distance to public transports, restaurants, shops, as well as the beach. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We liked the style of the whole place. Unfortuneately, we had a bad experience one of the nights with another guest, but this had nothing to do with the hosts or the hostel itself, and the hosts were quick to act and made sure that guest had to leave the next day. The hosts even offered us to compensate us, even if the incident wasn't their fault at all. So a big thank you to host Layla and her husband!"

The area around the hostel can be considered a bit rough. Otherwise I have no complaints at all - as I said, the incident had nothing to do with the hostel itself and the host acted very professional to prevent it from happening again.

"The hotel across the road where you check in and where breakfast is served is gorgeous with antiques all around you. The apartment was also beautifully decorated, spacious, clean and comfortable. It had a washing machine and the heating dried everything really quickly. The staff were lovely, they stored our luggage before check-in and ordered us a taxi to the train station when we were leaving. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide selection of foods. Yoghurts and juices were in glass containers, no plastic anywhere. Fantastic and really thoughtfully done. The location in Gamla Stan, just a few steps from the royal palace and Storkyrkan was ideal. I'd recommend getting a cab from the train station in winter if you have heavy luggage. The walk from the metro station is a challenge with the cobbles and snow. But the location is truly worth the effort."

"We love the area, close to the ocean, the view is fantastic. We lived in Trou deau Douce 25 years ago at Valmarin. It was wonderful to be back and these apartments has so much potential, but unfortunately it’s not taking care of. The cleaning lady was very kind."

The apartments weren’t cleaned when we arrived. The underfloor apartment was full of black mold. The pool is not taking care of. No sunbeds. You could easily do a quick renovation, do some painting and take care of these apartments and it would be wonderful. Now we love this area and has lot of friends in Trou deau Douce so we wanted to stay there. We had no contact with the owners, they didn’t answer us, but the housekeeper/cleaning lady was nice and answered, she come and clean when we asked for it.

"Great location. Just few minutes away walking to the beach and good restaurants. The apartment is clean, tidy and more spacious than seen in the pictures. There was storm Benjamin when we were there! Hence we couldn't go far. But it was my husband's birthday, so we wouldn't just stay inside. So I booked the Noordzee restaurant just literally across the apartment. (6-7m away), and we had a fantastic dinner! Joost & Nicolette are good hosts and responsive"

The bed is a bit too soft to our liking. And thankfully we're at the 1st floor so we didn't need to climb the steep stairs too much.

There was no hot water in the studio apartment..at least they should have installed a hot water heater in the shower would be better. the WiFi keeps going on and off.The TV had only 4 to 5 channels.Well, it's Solomon Islands. Everything there is yet to be upgraded.

"Very comfortable sleeping room, big kitchen and dining room area. Everything you need regarding cleaning, washing and household. Within 15 minutes of walking you can get directly to the city center and the harbour. The town park is within a 5 minute walk. Marna is a very friendly and humorous person as well. So everything was awesome!"
