"Very close to the beatch. nice outdoor pool with slides. nice garden (helps when its very hot). Clean beatch compared with neighbours. Kids playground"

On evenings, in a beatch can hear music from a nearby hotel (guess that could be an issue in all sunny beatch)

"L’apartament és molt cèntric, net, decorat amb bon gust i espaiós per un grup de 6-8 persones. Hem estat molt còmodes. A sota hi ha un Irish Pub on hi vam dinar un parell de vegades i on es recullen les claus que també són molt amables i es menja molt bé. El personal de neteja també molt bé i l’amfitrió molt amable i disponible en tot moment. Ho recomano el 100%."

"It is a very special location. The large rock pool is absolutely unique. Great for swimming and looking at coral fish. We have never seen this at any other place we stayed."

"Very comfortable sleeping room, big kitchen and dining room area. Everything you need regarding cleaning, washing and household. Within 15 minutes of walking you can get directly to the city center and the harbour. The town park is within a 5 minute walk. Marna is a very friendly and humorous person as well. So everything was awesome!"

The air-conditioning system was not working properly but it was running. They should have provided drinking water bottles.

"everything was just perfect and the stuff was super amazing people like Tima, Cecilia and Fanya also the chef, was my first time being in Mozambique and I was lucky to choose 40/40 accomodation for my stayand it motivated me to come back again that side spends my holidays."

Network was poor but I can't blame the guesthouse it's was also everywhere I went in Mozambique.

"La localització és molt bona..L'Hotel té molt bones instal.lacions, hi ha ascensor i aparcament. La recepció funciona sempre i té cafès, restaurants, botigues al voltant. Hi ha un servei de tintoreria per a la roba just al davant. Les distàncies a peu són mínimes. El lavano gran i l'habitació també."

The room was basic (ie basic bathroom, wardrobe, tv, no desk) and was in the process of being cleaned when I arrived, but then this could be reflected in the 'budget' cost I paid for the accommodation.

"St John is a beautiful Island. This condo was clean, comfortable and enjoyed the balcony out back."

We chose not to rent a car and found it difficult to get taxi drivers who wanted to bring us to the end of the street. We tipped well, people would give us their number and then not answer. Was not the condos fault but surprised at the taxi drivers

It would have been handy to have a microwave.

"From the beginning when I booked, contacted in private, for further information, the host has been very nice. The place is located in a small hill with an amazing view and rivers sound. Huge space for a family and not just for a couple as we were. Shortly, highly recommended!!! Well done guys and may God bless you."
