Their warm and professional attitude makes you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive and truly makes you like the place. The place itself is very comfortable. The beds are comfortable and help you have a good, restful sleep. The rooms are very clean, and there is reliable hot water, which is very important. There is also an elevator, which makes moving around the building easy and convenient. Overall, it is a great place to stay in Erbil, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city."
