There were small irritations. TV on arrival was not working but sorted after a message to hotel. Signage to bar restaurant is incorrect should be removed. Took a while before being advised of alternative entry point. Check out process could had been more efficient. Taxi driver ended up paying cash for me as lady with card machine not available

Maybe the indoor pool had to be accessed through the outside, but maybe it was because the hotel was currently undergoing renovations. And maybe there were no changing rooms in the pool area.

Kitchen is tired. Bathroom was cramped with very little leg room between the toilet and edge of the bath - not easynif you have guests who have mobility issues. Large in-oom mobile floor.air condition unit however did not adequately service the bedrooms which were stuffy and overheated.

Within 15 minutes of walking you can get directly to the city center and the harbour. The town park is within a 5 minute walk. Marna is a very friendly and humorous person as well. "El hotel en general es muy bonito, y la piscina está muy Bien: Mis chamos no querían salir de la piscina, en especial por el pequeño "Parque" acuático que tienen en las instalaciones de la piscina. Las piscinas las mantienen muy Bien limpias, incluso fuimos testigos de la limpieza exhaustiva que realizaron a la piscina de niños. El personal de mantenimiento le damos un buen "pulgar arriba". Se nos daño la cerradura y la cambiaron Al mismo momento en el que lo reportamos, a pesar de que tenían "various casos de emergencia" que necesitaban atender. Muy bien por El líder de mantenimiento."

El desayuno fue un desastre. Cuando llegamos nos asignaron una muchacha para hacerle seguimiento a nuestra "experiencia" en El hotel y nos dijo: "El desayuno es a la Carta, así que no hay que preocuparse". La verdad es que solo habían 3 tipos de desayuno y eran sumamente estrictos (no se podía cambiar pan por arepa por ejemplo). La Carta decía "huevos Al gusto", sin embargo no había huevos hervidos. A la final nos lo prepararon (porque Les explicamos que eran para Los niños) no sin antes mostrar una cara de desacuerdo y "volteada de ojos" no muy agradable. Por otro lado, El hotel estaba casi full (hecho corroborado por Los mismos administradores / trabajadores del hotel), y la disponibilidad de mesas era escasa, en incluso se hacían colas, especialmente, cerca de la hora de cierre del restaurant (10a.m.). Como especialistas en Gerencia e Ingeniería de costos, entendemos claramente que el objetivo de servir "desayunos a la Carta", es tratar de bajar costos (no toman en consideración que bajar costos en la situación de ocupación en la que se encontraban significa incrementar estrés a su personal y al turista), sin embargo eso se puede hacer con El hotel a poca ocupación (quizas igual o menor Al 30-40%) no con el hotel a 80% de ocupación. La mejor manera de manejar la comida con dicha ocupación, es preparar desayunos tipo Buffett. Se lo hicimos saber a la Gerente encargada del restaurant, sin embargo la misma no recibió la sugerencia de buenas maneras.

"The apartment was clean, stylish, and comfortable with excellent facilities including a kitchen, microwave, fridge and freezer, widescreen TV with Sky, lovely big sliding door with great views over Gib, as well as access to a pool and gym, with a Costa coffee in the foyer. It’s in a great location near some very nice restaurants such as Rendezvous, The Lounge, Monique’s, and Cafe Pepe (fabulous fish!) and a short walk to a nice tapas wine bar, Main Street, Casemates Square and only 20 mins walk to the cable car. The added bonus is being next door to Morrisons- we don’t want to eat out all the time so it is very convenient to have bread, cheese, salad, and wine on the doorstep. All the staff are incredibly nice, with a special mention for Kristina who gave us a really amazing room! I’ve been here for work many times, this is the first holiday we’ve ever had here and I highly recommend staying at Atlantic Suites - for a perfect holiday apartment."

"Everything! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and go out their way to never say no! Management was very accommodating and visible. The room looked much better than the pictures and was very clean. All the amenities necessary was provided in the room with a bonus plate of chocolates. The bed was comfortable! Overall, the Anne guest house was outstanding! There is honestly not enough space for me to write all the compliments I have for this guest house."

The tv in the room is small and the tv options are limited in the room but it is not something that makes me not want to come back. I will definitely return.

The team running the Villa were super friendly and supportive - our daughter needs to eat gluten free food and they helped us by ensuring fresh gluten free bread every day in the morning for her and once even baked a special cake. Our energetic two year old could run in the garden, play with the toys from the toy collection and enjoy the sandbox, which kept him busy and us as relaxed as possible... The fully equipped kitchen gave us the freedom to cook as we needed to. And the option to use the bicycles with a baby seat was just great. Would gladly go back for another stay."

Als visitants estrangers no ens agrada començar el dia sentint i veient les notícies dels assalts i assassinats diaris a Hondures mentre esmorzem. Però sembla ser que la política de l'hotel és que la televisió ha d'estar encesa amb les notícies durant l'esmorzar ... L'hotel està en una zona tancada i protegida per guardes, pràcticament no hi ha res pels voltants, algun restaurant i botiga però no massa recomanable d'anar-hi caminant ...

"Nice setting, clean and comfortable room. Liked seeing the wildlife and walking the trails. In addition to the pool there's also table tennis, a football table and other games you can play which is a nice touch."

There was no tea or coffee in the room. Instead coffee was changed at an excessive rate. The same applies to the resturant: I always expect to pay over the odds in a place like this but this really was excessive! The final thing I thought was harsh is the 10 am check out time especially at low season.
