"I have visited 66 countries (lived in a couple) and the people are among the friendliest, most civil and courteous in my experience. Met people passing on the street or beach who wave or say hello or ask how I enjoy the island, without being intrusive. Staff were exceptional -- treated me like family. Cheryl, Roy and Chad could not be more hospitable or accommodating. Located within a 100 steps of black sand beach but 15 min driving distance to bank and supermarket. Cheryl and Chad offered to take me with them when they went grocery shopping, adjacent a bank. Cheryl with her friend also graciously invited me on a day excursion to nearby Bequia Island via ferry. The suite accommodation is only 2 years old, well appointed and tropically decorated. Dual 110 V / 220 V electrical outlets throughout. Rained only at night for my 2 weeks in Feb 26. I came just to swing on the hammock strung between the palms on Brighton Beach."

"The property is in a good location. Close to the beach, and Kingstown. Is easy accessible to public transportation. All amenities were present. It was very clean and well maintained. I felt very comfortable and safe ."

The owner has gone over and beyond in making this a place to relax or to return to after a busy day out Keeping in touch with the owner before, during, and after the trip was excellent. The accommodation is spacious, clean, and very homely. There are nearby shops to pick up basics and minutes away from nearby restaurants and bars. It is a short drive to the town centre. The neighbours are lovely and very helpful I recommend this property highly. On any future trip to St Vincent, I will not be searching for any other accommodation I and my family were very impressed with the level of thought and care that has gone into making this the place to stay"

"Jackie (property owner) was very responsive to messages, facilitated an early bag drop-off at short notice and couldn't have been more helpful. She provided restaurant recommendations, taxi hire and car hire information which helped us make the most of our stay. Spacious, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, fantastic views and only a stones throw to the Firefly for drinks. Taxi costs to the town and beaches were really reasonable at 25 ECD each way and there's some fantastic walks right on the doorstep to Crescent Bay and Industry bay."

"Affordable luxury. What a deal! Stunning modern villa beautifully decorated picturesque cliffside mountain and ocean views, spotlessly clean. All appliances well kept convenient for cooking. Short walk to main road. Black sand beach nearby with 5 minute drive. My stay was entirely too short. I cannot wait to book with Diamond Villa again! I may consider prospecting the owner to purchase the property."
