"Les matelas trop mous Pas de barre pour ouvrir les velux , obligé de grimper sur une chaise Eau de grand bassin manque 1-2 degrés. Il manquait un peu de vaisselle pour arriver à faire 2 repas à 5 sans avoir à faire tourner le lave vaisselle à chaque fois."

"Location is good. 10 min walk down the hill to town. 15 mins uphill to nearest ski lift though the ski bus stops outside if you prefer. Roomy appartment for the two of us. Comfortable bed, nice and warm, decent shower with plenty of hot water and fully stocked kitchen which was handy. Price point is very good value for Chatel and this ski area."

"I don’t mind that we had to make the bed with the provided linen pack which was excellent but think it should be mentioned in the description. The lockers for skis and boots are not heated which may bother you but we hired one at the lift station instead."

"There is an issue: unaccompanied children have entirely taken control of the spa facilities (pool, jacuzzi, steam room) and I became quite worried about their safety. They have taken to leaping from the jacuzzi in to the shallow pool, but there is a solid wall in between them and I felt that the risk of hitting their heads on the edge was significant. Plus they keep running about on the slippery floor. I suggest they invest in a lifeguard."

"Propriétaire à l'écoute et arrangeant , sympathique proposition des conditions de départ. Balcon avec vue sur la montagne, Parking idéal. Piscine, Sauna et Spa bien agréable à la fin de la journée de ski Station de recharge BEV à 50 mètres"
