"I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The highlight of my experience was definitely the breakfast. It was delicious, with a wide variety of options, and the portions were generous. I left the breakfast table feeling full and ready to start my day. The staff was also very friendly and attentive. "Просторный номер, панорамные окна, очень хорошая кровать, есть стол, и ещё журнальный столик, шкаф, тумбочки, тапочки, чайник, холодильник, фен, шампунь, гель для душа, бальзам для волос (отдельное спасибо, далеко не везде есть), зубные наборы..Обогрев в номере с помощью кондиционера. Иногда включали, было тепло. Вкусный завтрак. Интернет телевидение. Очень дружелюбный персонал."

"1: We arrived by train at 03:50 in dead of winter, and a (sleepy) young woman was waiting for us. 2: We were offered a nice late checkout, considering out late arrival. 3: Breakfast was generous and superb and included remarkable coldcuts and cheese as well as hot eggs and various breads, yogurts, and the best apricot jam on planet Earth. It requires a short outdoor walk to the restaurant, which in our case was icy and bitter cold. Good way to build an appetite. 4: The underground pool is magnificent even in the coldest months of the year."

"It would have been much nicer had they arranged the 3:30am taxi pickup at the train station as requested. Instead I spent my first hour in Armenia in the dark and -20⁰C trying to get a response on the GG app. (never succeeeded) In fairness, they very wonderfully helped unravel taxi troubles the next day."

"Alles war wunderbar. Das Personal ist sehr herzlich und freundlich. Das Frühstück war das beste auf unserer Reise. Die Bedienung im Restaurant war nett. Wir haben uns im Haus wohlgefühlt."

"La camera è spaziosa e molto pulita, il letto comodo. La posizione è buona, la struttura si trova a circa 15 minuti dal centro."

"L'hotel è sprovvisto di ascensore. La camera non aveva alcun tipo di riparo dalla luce se non delle veneziane che coprivano parzialmente la grande finestra ma che non schermavano affatto né la luce del giorno né quella dei lampioni della strada. Il bagno aveva una vasca idromassaggio, con lo scarico che perdeva e perciò non l' abbiamo usata, ma la doccia era separata con scarico in mezzo alla stanza. La colazione è servita in una struttura separata da quella in cui si dorme e comincia alle 10 del mattino: decisamente scomodo se si vuole cominciare prima la giornata. Lo staff non parla inglese, nonostante la buona volontà (penso soprattutto alla signora che ci ha accolto), la comunicazione è stata difficile. In camera c'è un foglio con i costi che vengono addebitati agli ospiti in caso di danni; non abbiamo potuto lasciare la struttura finché la camera non è stata controllata da una signora delle pulizie: non ci era mai capitato prima."
