"I booked for one week and I was very happy. It was December but the flat is very warm, the bed is comfortable, there was plenty of hot water in the shower, the WiFi is excellent, and there’s a kitchenette and mini-fridge so you can prepare light meals. I also used the washing machine to do laundry. The owner picked me up from Shirak Airport and always answered my questions on WhatsApp quickly (plus he lives downstairs). It is a five-minute walk to the shuka (food market) and ten-minute walk to the main Vardanants Square. I really liked Gyumri for charcoal-and-apricot stone buildings, its churches, museums, cafes and good restaurants."

"The host were very welcoming, I think they are the best in Gyumri. We arrived after 5pm and we were checking out the following day. The owner told us not to worry about their official checkout time, now that’s something you don’t hear in most places. The beds were comfy, my partner and I joined the two single beds for a comfortable night. The room has a nice seating area, microwave, kettle, fridge, wonderful clean bathroom with hot shower. We also had our own key to the room for peace of mind. Kareni speaks good English, his father speaks a bit of English, both of them speak fluent Armenian and Russian. We will definitely stay at Babulya House whenever we are in Gyumri. The story behind the naming of the guesthouse as Babulya was very touching, thank you for sharing🫶"

"This beautiful homestay is an absolute MUST STAY in Gyumri. There aren’t enough words to describe how awesome Babulya house is… the location is central and walkable… the room is massive and super comfortable… the facilities are outstanding (a washing machine too!) but the best part of all is the wonderful host, Karen. Never have we ever arrived somewhere and immediately felt like family, and like we were staying at home. Thank you Karen for your incredible hospitality, for all your amazing food and chats… we really hope more people get to stay with you and meet you and Peso."

"В непосредственной близости от центра. Тихий частный сектор. Квартира с отдельным входом на частном участке. Есть телевизор, своя ванная, обогреватель, небольшая кухонка. Как говорится, имеется все необходимое. Отдельно отмечу толстенные одеяла. Для зимы самое то. Радушные и гостеприимные хозяева живут в соседнем доме. Все понравилось!"
