"Habitació molt àmplia. Neta. Llit molt gran. Bon esmorzar."

"El llit, king size, tenia un edredó de llit més petit posat en horitzontal. Si et tapes els peus, et queden les espatlles al descobert, si et tapes fins al coll, dorms amb els peus destapats. I ja ni mencionar la dificultat de compartir-lo entre dos. Al final no descanses bé perquè necessites tapar-te i no pots. A la majoria d’hotels posen dos edredons i així els pots tenir en vertical i dormir ben tapat si ho necessites."

"The staff are very professional and friendly, While I was in Armenia the Ramadan start and the staff including the reception team and the kitchen team they were doing all the necessary to provide for me a nice Iftar breakfast for Ramadan, Thank you Laguna Team I strongly recommend Laguna hotel if you are in Vanadzor the location the staff the facilities all are excellent."

"The location was okay, building and grounds were very good, the outside and inside decoration of the hotel was quite nice (especially for Vanadzor), the hotel staff were very nice and accommodating (thought they spoke limited English), my room was on a high floor so was nice & quiet, comfortable bed and lounge like chair, good, clean bathroom and excellent shower with glass, the free WiFi worked very well the whole to weeks I stayed at this hotel, and the restaurant in the hotel was adequate, had a fair selection of lunch and supper items, the free breakfast was good with eggs, bread, bakery items, cereal, french toast, hotdogs, and Armenian-loving vegetables and cheese, coffee (nice coffee machine) and tea."

"The room was good, the beds were really nice and we got some more pillows and blankets for more comfort without hesitation. There was an electric kettle and a little fridge. The laundry service was quick, good and affordable. Breakfast was really nice!"

"So there was a nice little pool which my kids really enjoyed. But I was a little disappointed, because it really didn't match the pictures on booking. The pictures are taken from an angle, where the pool looks normal sized... It is in fact very tiny and it is next to the hotel parking lot... The guests of the hotel still did hang out by the pool quite a lot, so it was nice, but really small and in between cars.."

"I had a wonderful stay at your hotel! The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. I loved spending time in the beautiful garden with the pool and hammock. The bathroom was big and had a great shower. The location was perfect, just a short 10-minute walk to the center of Vanadzor. And I must say, the breakfast was absolutely delicious! Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable! 😊"

"I just have a small suggestion - it might be a good idea to put a toilet brush and aerosol spray in the bathroom for added convenience. Other than that, everything was great! Thank you for a lovely stay! 😊"

"I was accommodated in another room after complain (previous room was with cigarette odour). The second room was bigger (higher standard) Bathrooms are really clean, spacious. Free parking. Personnel was really nice and ready to help. Breakfast wasn't with wide choice menu but tasty."
