"Walking distance to the center. Super warm, cosy, modern room with everything you need. Armine gave us a welcome homemade drink on arrival. The room had underfloor heating which was great as it was -15 outside!we would stay there again for sure"

"The room was cute, comfortable and clean. The owners very friendly and helpful. Gave us advice on where to visit/eat, booked us a taxi and even gave us food and fruit! Good location close to the center too."

"Cute little room with an upstairs loft space. Armine was very warm and welcomed us with rose liqueur (which was excellent). The guest house is located not too far from the happening Abovyan street- an easy 10 minute walk at most. Hot water in the shower was plentiful and we loved the water pressure too. The place was clean. And the room had a kitchenette as well which was useful."
"The bed was actually two single beds pushed together and there was a gap between the mattresses which was uncomfortable. The room has blinds instead of curtains and they don't shut fully, so impacts privacy a little. But overall a very nice and quaint stay!"
"It is located about 5 minutes walk from the central area of Gyumri. The studio was beautiful and lovely, it really felt very homely staying there. The owner Armine was very hospitable and friendly, she greeted me with cake upon arrival. All in all I had a pleasant time and would definitely stay there again."
