The swimming pool and sauna are great, especially in winter — very cozy and relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Araks Hotel Complex is located in a great part of Gyumri, just steps away from Abovyan Street and Vartanants Square. I booked one of the suites so I would have plenty of space to work and relax. The rooms were huge and nicely furnished. The room and the hotel in general are exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was sufficient and free parking was provided in a parking garage. The staff, especially Ara, were polite and attentive. Overall it was a great stay."
