"We stayed for 10 nights at this property, which is very close to the center, shops, restaurants, and Ksamil’s beaches — about a 10–15 minute walk. The room is modern, the bathroom spotless, and the cleaning was done daily. On-site parking is a big plus. The pool was clean, the bar had reasonable prices (e.g., coffee €1), and the laundry service — including detergent and fabric softener — was €5. We felt very comfortable here, and the owners are extremely friendly, welcoming, and generous to guests. We warmly recommend this place."

"Great villa with clean rooms and with pool and pool bar. The hosts are great and very helpfull. The diatance to the beach and main street with bars is 10 min walking."

"The rooms are newly created and very modern. Spacious room with balcony for drying swimwear. Air-con, fridge, hairdryer, TV, all there. The shower was amazing. Breakfast was lovely each morning and the bar was open. The three garden tortoises were a welcome feature too, they don't half move fast when they want to!"

"Excellent hôtel, si vous êtes français et que vous parlez pas très bien anglais bah ça tombe bien le fils du patron parle français donc c’était parfait. Si vous voulez passez des vacances tranquille c’est là-bas."

"La pulizia è top, il proprietario è molto accogliente e pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta. La posizione è ottima si raggiungono quasi tutte le spiagge con massimo 20 min a piedi."

"Il parcheggio un po' piccolo e per motivi ovvi bisogna lasciare le chiavi al proprietario che sposterà le vetture in base alle esigenze."

"De plaats Ksamil was heel druk, dat viel voor ons wat tegen. (Gelukkig heb je daar bij het appartement geen last van, daar lekker rustig)"
