Galaxy Hotel

"The hotel offers a truly breathtaking view from the terrace and has a lovely pool. The rooms with separate bedrooms are very comfortable. Breakfast was decent, enough to start the day, and the rooms had a fridge for convenience. The staff were exceptionally helpful—whenever we needed anything, they always tried to accommodate us. On our first night, there was a terrible storm and we didn’t have any food or water with us. Not only did the staff provide us with water, but they also ordered food for us and even drove us to a nearby store to buy more supplies, which was a very pleasant surprise."

"Staying on the ground floor means very little privacy, as you are right by the pool—people can see you and you hear all the surrounding noises. The hotel is far from the beach—about a 20-minute walk—so if your main goal is the beach, you might consider another option. It is also quite far from restaurants and bars, so don’t expect a wide selection nearby."

"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. Our rooms were spotless, well-cared-for, and newly renovated. The hotel is situated in a peaceful location, offering a lovely lake view and a pleasant 20-minute walk to the heart of Ksamil. They served a great variety of delicious breakfasts every morning."

"It would be good to have in the room kettle with cups- at least 2, we had small issue with warming up food for our baby."

"A fantastic hotel, on the quieter edge of town away from the busy seas front hotel. It was perfect for our family of four and the pool was brilliant. The staff were extremely welcoming and professional. Highly recommended."

"The breakfast was really delicious, mainly the dairy products. It was in the rooftop with a beautiful view. My advice is for the future that try to expand the breakfast list with for example milkshakes and cakes."

"I think it is just my problem, I like to sweep and mop up after I come home from the seaside and my body is full with sand. In the room haven't got any mop or sweeper. But i solved it because i asked it from the reception. The hotel was about 10 minutes walk from the center of town, but we knew it when we made the reservation so this walk was not a problem for us."
