"L’hotel en general. Les instal·lacions son noves. El personal ha estat molt amable i ens ha ajudat amb tot."

"És una cosa externa a l’hotel però en l’esmorzar vam demanar si coneixien un taxi per anar a Berat i una cambrera ens va dir que tenia un conegut i contactava amb ell, ens va dir que per 50€ euros ens portava i vam acceptar ja que si agafàvem el bus que teníem reservat no podíem fer una activitat a la platja que ens agradava. Quan va vindre el “taxi” per a la nostra sorpresa, no era cap taxi, era un xic i la cambrera i nosaltres 3 darrere. Després ens vam enterar que un taxi legal ens havera cobrat 40€."

"The hotel was very beautiful, the staff was very friendly, and the cleaning lady took great care of our room. The breakfast was luxurious, with a large selection for Albania, and the hotel is nicely located off the main road, so you feel very comfortable. It's a shame about the hotel under construction in front of Platon, but there's nothing you can do about that."
