"The owners are fantastic they have been so very kind to me through a very difficult time and gone out of there way to help me. The rooms are huge and very clean and the hotel is very well located. The price of the room is very good value for money"

"Breakfast was very good although perhaps not aligned perfectly with English people, but we accept that many different nationalities would stay. The size and fittings of the room was excellent. The bed was especially comfortable."

"While we did not venture outside much we felt the location was not particularly attractive. Parking on the street was acceptable, but not the best. The kerb was very high and I had to turn the car around before I could open the door to get out. The absence of a lift might affect some people on upper floors, but as we were on the the first floor one flight of stairs was not too bad."

"It was a very nice and comfortable hotel like the name says. The couple that run this hotel are very kind and sweet. Nice breakfast and hygienic room. We will definitely come back again. If you want you can also park private in the garage under the hotel."

"Very clean and comfortable; excellent breakfast. Mrs Sulo was very accommodating with our early arrival and various other issues. She organised a taxi to Apollonia for a very reasonable price of 2000 LEK, which saved us having to hike into the centre to the taxi rank. The location was good if you are travelling by bus as you can ask to be dropped off on the ring road at the Berat turnoff and it’s a short walk. It’s also a good location if you have a car."

"Nothing to do with the property but Fieri doesn’t have much to attract tourists, apart from its proximity to Apollonia. The hotel is a good 15 minute walk from the town centre which has limited facilities of interest to tourists. The taxi driver who took us to the hotel was a licensed taxi but didn’t turn the meter on and asked an exorbitant fare - not a good welcome to the town!. Basically this would be a great base if you have a car to explore other places in the vicinity as its right on the ring road."

"The hotel is located is next to a larger road which makes travel to and from the hotel easy. When you arrive, there are multiple actual parking lots nearby and you don't have to park on the street. Check in was fast and card payment was possible. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. When we had a problem with our assigned room, she took action immediately and gave us another room. The beds were really good too, no lumps. As we were with friends we could compare some rooms, and all were very neat! It's even possible to stay with a family (2 adults and 2 children) in the same room! Lastly, the breakfast was amazing! Fresh baked eggs, nice orange juice and milk and a lot of different kinds of bread and yoghurt to choose from. This hotel felt very friendly and open. I would recommend staying here!"
