We were received by Mr. Abdallah at reception who got our checkin fast and easily done. He was very helpful in arranging our transport to airport. Our rooms were also upgraded. Overall amazing experience. Will definitely recommend the place."

Thanks to her warm and thoughtful approach, we felt sincerely welcomed and very well taken care of. Such friendly and heartfelt service is rare to experience. A wonderful highlight was the dinner during Ramadan, the feast was beautiful and the food absolutely fantastic. We would like to thank the entire hotel team for their excellent care. "The hotel is quite close to the airport, but it’s possible to walk only if you don’t have a luggage as there’s no sidewalk and you basically just walk along the car road. It’s a bit hard to figure out if you arrive at night and it’s dark. However, it takes 10 min or less. Otherwise, take a taxi and it’ll be 3-4 min. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. You can request additional drinking water and toothbrushes and toothpaste, which is convenient."

"I didn’t understand what happened to my taxi request. I texted the hotel multiple times via booking.com prior to arrival requesting a taxi to and from the airport and I kept getting an automatic, non-personalized reply asking me to provide the flight details. I provided them twice but never heard back from the hotel, just kept receiving this automatic message over and over. I don’t know if it’s some kind of bug or miscommunication. We ended up ordering a taxi via the app on arrival and just walked back to the airport on the next day."
