"The receptionist was amazing and truly professional. She made our stay comfortable from the first minutes. Unfortunately we don’t know her name, but I bet she’s from India or maybe Pakistan. So we really appreciate her service. Our stay was wonderful."

Upon check-in, we received very little information about the restaurants included in the stay, the hotel's benefits, and the opportunities we could take advantage of, especially the Royal Club benefits. 2. It's not comfortable to have breakfast on the terrace because of the birds. We were at another hotel, where they invited falconer with falcon and there was no such problem."
