"The wifi was terrible, couldn't even connect whatsapp. For someone who didnt want to buy a local sim due to my short stay, that wifi was really terrible. The showers need maintenance, i had to be moved room because the first one's shower water was coming from the top connecter. The new room's shower had zero pressure"

"WiFi not connecting all the times. Shower pressure too low and even the showers for standard rooms not big. Some of the staff have a bad attitude and less customer care. Check in took long but they did apologise. During the week they might be seriously understaffed so you will have to wait in the reception or at the activities. I would advise they increase staff during the week especially in second half of December as more people come in. I didn’t eat the food but prices looked way higher. The double room had 2 single beds combined and it was difficult to sleep on as they kept moving apart. They should define between a twin room and double room then use twin room for those who want 2 separate beds"

"Stephen Margolis is about a 40 minute drive from Robert Gabriel International. I landed late in the night but they were able to accommodate me with ease. I had arranged a shuttle service with them beforehand and found the whole check in process seamless. The room was a standard Double room, which was clean and comfortable, had running hot water and amenities etc. The Staff are very friendly and welcoming, they made my 2 day stay feel very special. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful, well kept and clean."

"On my first day I tried to make an order for Dinner at around 17:30 but couldn't get anyone on the number provided, I went to reception to place my order but the reception staff also had trouble getting the person in charge of the kitchen on the phone. It is noted that the kitchen closes at 9 on the pamphlet in the room so didnt think it would be an issue. There were also no restaurants nearby, so thank God I had packed some ready oats and had a kettle in my room. WiFi connection can vary as you walk around the grounds but thats expected as the grounds are massive. There is a small outdoor pool but it does need a clean, but other than that there isn't anything majorly wrong with the resort. I would go back again and again."
