"Very spacious accommodation for a group of six. It's at a nice and quiet location off the main road yet in the centre of town so it was easy to orientate from. Owner Helen couldn't do enough to ensure we enjoyed the town and surroundings."
"Electricity and water was intermittent but obviously beyond the property's control and presumably uniform across Livingstone at the time of visiting."
"Helen the hostess was super kind and caring, and did her best to make the team's stay a fantastic one. The only thing to take into consideration are the constant power shortages for which they do not have a generator, but she left us flashlights and whatever she could find. We will definitely repeat on future trips of the company."

"The guesthouse is very modern, clean and centrally located. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The guesthouse is fully furnished, modern and Wi-Fi is good. The staff is very friendly."

"The property was great for a group as there were 3 bedrooms with 7 beds (2 bunk beds). There was a big kitchen with a separate dining room and a big living room with multiple couches and large tv . The property is safe and large and walking distance to town. Helen , our host, was fantastic providing us with recommendations and allowing us a later checkout ( which made the last day so much better). Vivian the caretaker was also excellent and assisted us greatly. I highly recommend this property"
