"If you like to stay in a place that feels like home, this is it. Its well maintained (like new), good beds, multiple rooms. Its very clean. And the owner Tandekah is very welcoming and friendly. She helped us with everything we needed. We stayed for a week, waiting on a package from Europe. Tandekah took us on multiple trips to see the city, etc. You can take an Uber. From the city center its only 2 to 3 usd. Depending on time."

"In Lusaka there are a lot of power shortages. There is WiFi when the power is off, also water and hot water (big boiler). So only TV, cooling, etc goes down."

"Unfortunately, we came in when load shedding was happening, which meant no wifi and the water in the shower would have no pressure. I suggest in the long run host to consider solar for the home."

"The very spacious appartement is located in a quiet, save neighborhood. The hostess is living next door and the trees and plants in the garden which is guarded by a magnificent rooster with his hens gave us a homey feeling. Internet has a good and fast connection and there are a lot of TV channels activated. The local power-cuts are covered with a hotspot and gas cooking. All the daily needs can be covered within a walking distance and the basics like water, cooking oil, pasta, rice, cornflakes and even small goodies are provided by the hostess. She is very aware to give you the best time and has a lot of knowledge about not only this area and its economical connections, is always up for a good talk and gave us a warm and caring feeling. Thank you again!"
