"I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the staff and management of the Riverside hotel from check in to the room just to think about it since it was from 28 December 2025 - 5 January 2026. The staff was so friendly at check in the lady by the name of Zanele as we encountered with her more but overall we enjoyed our stay. The room booked was a family room which was very clean and spacious...OMG the food was to die for especially breakfast 😋 had variety and always fresh 👏👏can't wait for my next stay again and again❤️❤️❤️ You could not even feel overwhelmed cause it was full but all was perfect ✨️ 👌"
