"Everything about Monte is amazing. Care taker, receptionist, Chef, waitress Kaitlyn specifically. Ladys who clean al of them are way too kind and care so much. You can see that they like their jobs. Not only do they engage with us, but also ensure that you get the assistance you need. The place is way too beautiful, so luxurious."
"Nothing. Only the road that goes there when it rains is slippery if not driving well or your car is too small might stuck."
"It was clean, loved the location and everything else."

"Beautiful clean rooms, mattress is just a bit too hard for our liking"
"Beautifully well designed space, with a stunning garden to just relax in"
"Great Location with easy access to the beach and next door to Blue Rocks Cafe & Grill, the only restaurant in the village. Skip Storms River is a coach tourist trap. Stay at Nature's Valley. If you must visit Storms River Mouth, it is a short drive away."
Charles Tranquility Lodge
"Most friendly lady and her husband on premises, clean bedding and towels. Lovely kitchen and bathroom, with the hottest water we ever felt, loved it."
Jade Knysna Inn
"We were very pleasantly surprised by the standard of accommodation, it was fabulous. The safari drive was excellent, giving you an opportunity to get close to the animals. We had dinner and breakfast at the lodge and both were lovely. The staff were so friendly and helpful."
"I stayed at AppleBee in November 2025. The communication beforehand was very smooth and Jeannine was always quick to reply and help out with any questions. All the staff was very kind and Tony makes sure your on site stay runs smoothly. The accommodation was equipped with everything we needed, which made the stay very comfortable and pleasant. Since it was a longer stay it was nice that we were able to cook in the cottage as well. The pool was also a very nice extra. The breakfast was very tasty, if you're not yet sure to book it I would definitely recommend it. If I'm returning to Makhanda I will definitely come back here."
"We liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff especially Felicity."
"Daily cleaning services Clean and functional room Close to the right and Gonubie town"
