"Very peaceful, lovely welcoming staff and much more like staying in a private home than a hotel. Close to many of the famous vineyards and away from the rush of the city but still accessible. Would definitely stay again. Peaceful well furnished pool area and warm water, just perfect. The host Oliver was ever helpful, available and charming."

"What an excellent find in Steenberg. Oliver and Fatima truly went above and beyond to make our stay special — nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent, with great quality and attention to detail. The room had beautiful bespoke touches that made it feel really thoughtful and luxurious. The pool was superb, and the views were absolutely stunning. A wonderful place to stay — we would highly recommend it and would love to return."

Oliver and his team were great, the rooms are big and nicely appointed. There is a a wide array of breakfast buffet items to choose from - with cooked eggs to order too.. A lovely stay and would highly recommend a visit.."

"Oliver is a great host; he made our stay feel like being at home! The lodge is a cozy size and is very well located, not far from Cape Town, Cape Point, and the main beaches. The breakfast is delicious and healthy! All the staff at the lodge are always smiling and willing to make your stay unforgettable. High Timbers Lodge is a gem, and we will definitely come back!"

"Kaijaiki is a true gem! I have stood in unit 4 which was super spaciouse, had a lovely well equipped kitchenett and a beautiful, tranquil view onto the courtyard. The next door coffee-store where breakfast is served is so cozy and food is deliciouse. Manager and staff go over and above to make my stay comfortable. Highly recommend it."

The room is beautiful, spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable, (the bathroom is amazing!) The property is located on a farm, with lovely orchards and a beautiful garden, which we really enjoyed. It’s about 15 minutes from MQP airport; since we planned to leave very early, the host kindly packed our breakfast so we could enjoy it in our room before departing."
