"The room was spacious, large shower. Water pressure and heat as required. Towels changed every day. Meals in the restaurant are excellent. The area is quiet."
"We paid in cash and the receptionist refused to give a receipt, claiming that she would only give a receipt upon check out. There was no air conditioning for 2 nights and after only heating which was controlled from the reception and we wanted cooling, we opened the windows and luckily it was cool outside."

"I can only say the best. Kind staff. Two bottles of water + gift sweets in the room. What we were most happy about was the hotel's own, guarded parking lot. The breakfast was plentiful."

"This was one of the best places we’ve stayed in for the price. Very comfortable rooms (5 star) and exceptionally clean. Staff were so lovely. Flutura on reception went above and beyond to help us get into the city by taxi when there were some language barriers with the drivers. She was so kind and helpful and so were the boys in the restaurant. The service was fabulous. But the breakfast!! OMG, don’t order off the menu but get their suggestions and it will cover your lunch as well. We’ve never had such a fabulous breakfast anywhere. And service was impeccable . The hotel is 15 mins out of town but it’s worth the trip out. The area itself has plenty to offer. We would come back in a heartbeat."
"The air conditioning was terrible. It’s controlled at reception and it was set to 27 degrees which is very hot. We asked before we went to bed to be turned down but it didn’t work and by the time we I realised reception had closed and we had a very hot night. Even with the window open it was hot and still and we didn’t sleep at all which is a shame because it was such a comfortable hotel otherwise. So ensure your temperature is set adequately."
"I had a great stay at this hotel! The reception was very friendly and helpful. The boys at the bar were also really nice and made us feel welcome. The coffee was amazing and the breakfast was excellent with lots of good choices. I really recommend this hotel and would love to come back!"

"Best host ever. He sent recommendations for Pristina on the first day and helped with any problems. The location is perfect, the apartment has two balconies so non-smokers are not disturbed. Check-in and check-out were very quick and easy. You could retreat to your room and have some peace and quiet or hang out with the other guest in the living room. For the price, you can't complain at all. When I'm back in Pristina, I'll stay here again."

"I had a really lovely stay in that cute pink-themed room! The bed was super comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The TV was great with lots of channels, and the room felt cozy and welcoming overall. What stood out most was the thoughtful host — they were so nice and even brought me snacks and drinks to make me feel right at home. It was such a warm touch! I definitely plan to come back next time in that area . Highly recommend!"
