"The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was fine and pillow comfortable. Plenty of space for me and my suitcase. I really appreciated the kind attention from the staff at the front desk regarding the extra night's stay, the ice for my injured foot and an easy check in and check out. Also the restaurant and bar were lovely and the service very fast. The windows were well insulated so there was no street noise when they were closed."
"The rain shower nozzle needs fixing (I assume it is probably clogged due to hard water deposits). The handheld nozzle was just fine. There is no elevator so be prepared to walk up the stairs. They will take your luggage up for you."
"Probably the best place in the area but I cannot believe it rates as a four star. Lots of room for improvement. Would be nice to have a cup in the bathroom, shower cap, somewhere to put the suitcase other than the floor. A good chair, desk combo."

"It was very new, modern and elegant hotel, room was very clean. Room had mini bar, bathrobes and sleepers, hair dryer and coffee/tea station, with decent selection. There was parking at the property and very nice Mediterranean restaurant as part of the hotel. Walking distance from the new Village Mall, walking area and other restaurants."
