The staff were very friendly and helpful (especially the lady at reception!), the family room was a good size, clean and comfortable, and the underground parking in such a central location was very welcome after our long drive. Would definitely stay here again if I am ever back in the area."

"There was a lot of noise, both internal (as our room backed onto the bar) and external (from a disco/party at a different place) until about midnight. This was not an issue for us as we arrived quite late and were only going to bed around then, but may have been an issue for families with young children etc"

"The service was fantastic. The lovely lady at the front desk was really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and when our TV wasn't working, they fixed it immediately. The location is fantastic. It's a 10 minute walk (or less) to the city centre and a lot of the sights. The breakfast was also really great."
