"A nice, comfortable hotel with a super friendly staff."

"The hotel was a bit tricky to reach because of closed roads and road works and given that it's super expensive to use data roaming with a foreign sim-card navigating was not easy. When we finally found the hotel we learned that there are two different buildings but they are very close to each other. A friendly guy from the wrong one ran to the street to show us where to go and pointed out the underground garage. While checking in the receptionist first told me that my reservation was for the next day and just as I was beginning to panic he winked and started laughing. 😅 A good joke. The room was very basic but quite big and had a balcony, but there (balcony) was no furniture to sit on. Location is very central and breakfast was ok."

"Old school hotel with all of the perks. Great staff that could help me both locally and getting away. The rooms are well equipped and solidly built. I loved that they didn't have small single use amenities."

"Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig, nahe zur Altstadt und zum Fluss, alles leicht zu erreichen.Wir wurden nett empfangen, das Auto in der Garage untergebracht. Das Zimmer war geräumig und hatte einen kleinen Balkon. Das Badezimmer war in Ordnung, die Betten bequem. Das Frühstück wurde im Nebenhaus serviert und war reichhaltig. Wir reisten mit Hund, das war problemlos möglich."

"Ideal location, very centrally located, close to all history sites Confortable family room, well equipped, simple design. Balcony and confortable beds. Small bathroom but ok. Wifi ok. Minibar well supplied but you have to pay by cash only the minibar which was not clear at the beginning. Breakfast was ok, with a limited choice compared to other hotels in the Balkans. Very nice rooftop terrace with cocktails and beautiful view. The hotel kindky helped us with a free shuttle from and to the bus station, it was very helpful. Family run hotel."
"Part of the staff at the reception did not speak English which could lead to some confusion. Very low light in the bathroom (room 111), no shower gel provided (only shampoo and conditioner, hand soap at the sink). The temperature of the water was inverted in the shower which was ok once we understood it :) A bit noisy due to the rooftop on the 3rd floor."
