"Welcoming was really perfect. All staff was very friendly. Please note that the property has no elevator but has relaxing stops on each end of stairs. As long as you can walk you can use the stairs as well. Breakfast is served at another cafe which is adjacent to the hotel and it is fair. Coffee is good"

"Great hotel, in a great location in downtown Pristina, just off Skanderbeg Square and Mother Theresa Boulevard. The central bus station is about 40 minutes walk away, which we tied in on route with seeing some of the sights nearest there like the Bill Clinton statue. Room was great value, with all the facilities you need, and it had a decent heater in the room, which was handy, as the temperature tumbled to nearly freezing in November. Breakfast was in the Barista Coffee shop net door, and that was a lovely spread of delicious breads, cheeses, spreads and eggs. Like all Kosovans, staff were very friendly, and spoke perfect English, so check in and out was swift!"

"Perfect room for travelling with a friend as we had a bedroom each. Spacious balcony for some outside space. Only a few minutes walk to many restaurants & bars plus a supermarket opposite which was open from 7am to 11pm. Staff were really friendly and very helpful. Room was spotless."
