"Ein älteres Hotel, welches sichtlich innen und außen seine besten Tage schon länger hinter sich hat, aber trotzdem sauber. Frühstück nicht außergewöhnlich, aber für alle Bedürfnisse gesorgt und genug vorhanden. Pool im 8. Stock, sehr sauberes Wasser und herrlicher Weitblick über die Stadt. Und jetzt wollen wir besonders die Rezeptionistin Annie wegen ihrer außergewöhnlichen Hilfsbereitschaft und Zuvorkommenheit hervorheben."

"Phòng rộng rãi với view nhìn ra thành phố và sông lớn, nhân viên nhiệt tình hổ trợ , ăn sáng phù hợp với nhu cầu, gần bến ninh kiều nên đi bộ dễ dàng và có thể mua được trái cây với giá rất tốt gần khách sạn. Với mức giá phải trả để lưu trú tại khách sạn này thì rất là phù hợp...hổ bơi nhỏ nhắn nhưng view vô cùng đẹp vào những buổi sáng sớm hay hoàng hôn. Tôi sẽ trở lại và ở khách sạn West những lần sau. Cảm ơn các bạn nhân viên đã hổ trợ."
