"La dona que porta el homestay és molt amable i resolutiva. Ens ha gestionat taxis i bitllets a bon preu. L'esmorzar era senzill però molt bó!!! L'habitació era molt espaiosa i amb AC. I ens vam fer una banyera!!!"

"Molt ben situat en una zona tranquila i molt aprop del centre i de la platja, llocs per menjar ben aprop(amb opció vegetariana), bicis a disposició de les persones que dormen al hostel. Personal molt amable, esmorzar molt bo i complert amb varies opcions a escollir. El nostre últim dia teniem reservat un autobus a la tarda i ens van deixar tenir les motxilles al hostel i fer servir les bicicletes durant el dia tot i que ja haviem fet el check-out. La dona t'ajuda en tot el que necessitis i vulguis preguntar. També ens van deixar fer servir el wc de casa seva. Molt contents i agraïts amb la nostre estada al Phoenix homestay. Sens dubte molt recomanable i repetiríem."

"I had a wonderful stay at this lovely homestay in Hoi An! The space is warm and cozy, making me feel just like I was at home. The room was fully equipped with all the necessary facilities and services, providing great comfort during my stay. The location is also very convenient — only about 1.5 km from the Ancient Town and 3 km from the beach, so it’s easy to get around by bicycle or motorbike. The host is incredibly friendly and caring, just like a family member, which made my experience even more special. Overall, it was an amazing place to stay. I would highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a peaceful, homely, and convenient accommodation in Hoi An."

"Great homestay, Emily was a great host and made a lovely breakfast each morning! Rooms were nice and bright and had aircon, refrigerator and balcony! Location was a little out of town but was perfectly located for us in the middle of beach and old town!"

"I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay cash supposedly because the credit card machine wasn’t working. They should put a note that it has to be cash so one can separate that money to pay the hostel later. And I would also suggest that they compliment guests with water bottles."
