"This was one of our favourite places we stayed during our whole long trip to Vietnam. Diem was so kind and communicative from before we arrived to after we’d left and gave us so many helpful tips and recommendations for the area. The room is spacious, beautifully designed and and an authentically Vietnamese home stay while also being right on the beach and with great access to all the restaurants and beach bars of An Bang. Breakfast was so generous, fresh and delicious and we loved sitting out on our private terrace listening to the sound of the waves so close. Would 100% recommend, and we will return if we can one day!"

"What a gem of a place to stay!!! We love love loved it! Run by wonderful Diem, who was the most hospitable host, so kind and so helpful in ensuring we have happy days at Hideaway! She recommended really good restaurants, tailors and excursions and helped to arrange for them - she went above and beyond our expectations. The villa we came to enjoy was absolutely perfect for us: spacious, comfortable beds, moskito nets, A/C, fridge, modern style with traditional elements, a beautiful patio, outdoor shower, tropical garden… in the morning we could do yoga on the patio and enjoy our breakfast there (we recommend the pho and fruit salad!). Just a few steps out the garden gate there is the beach - the perfect beach! Fisher boats next to sunchairs, no loud music, beautiful sand and the best Vietnamese food prepared by the local ladies! We will try to come back - this place became very special to us!"

"It’s tucked away just by the beach and felt very private. It is kept spotlessly clean by the lovely staff. There was plenty of space for three of us, two adults upstairs and a child downstairs, plus a terrace outside. Diem, who manages the property, was absolutely charming and gave us excellent recommendations on trips, restaurants and shops plus an open offer to call her if we needed any help during our stay. A lovely peaceful hideaway which is a great base for exploring Hoi An (10 mins by taxi) and Danang"

"Diem was a lovely person in charge of the everyday at the homestay. And it is a homestay, not a hotel (as I thought it would be). As such, there is a family vibe, excellent home cooked breakfast delivered to your door, help with sorting out a local SIM card and so much more. Its a minute from the beach and the beach is clean and the sea clear: no hazardous coral around. The place is also a minute away from a FANTASTIC restaurant: The Moon. Once you get to meet Diem, she will give you all local knowledge you need. I've moved from there to a fancy 5* resort now. I would have lived to have stayed at Diem's instead but occupancy is limited because (its essentially a family home), so I couldn't. I will bring my partner to here next year, for 2 weeks - not one I just had by myself. Thank you so much Diem and your wonderful family for making my stay so lovely ❤️❤️❤️"

"Diem was the most amazing host to me and my daughter. She was welcoming on arrival and spent adequate time to explain the area to us and recommendations of what activities we should consider. She also helped us get tickets to events at a better rate! My daughter adored her and the rest of the staff - especially after they helped us clean my daughter's scrapes after a fall. highly recommend for a quaint beach-side holiday!"
