"El millor hotel que he estat d’Asia central.El personal es excel•lent. Els tres nois de recepció donen aquell plus d’amabilitat que fa que l’estada sigui de 10. Podrien donar classes a molts altres hotels de com es gestiona l’atenció al personal. Instal•lacions noves i una cuinera que fa uns esmorzars i una mermelada boníssimes."

"Everything: staff went above and beyond, extremely helpful. Provided early check in. The hotel is new and extremely clean. Very quiet street, was sleeping with a window wide open and zero noize. The room are very comfortable, warm floors in the bathroom. Location is amazing."

"The location is close to city centre, even you can get yandex within 3 minutes ,I especially want to highlight the outstanding support provided by Bilal. He was perfect in everything he did—extremely helpful, supportive, and always ready to assist with a smile. His professionalism and kindness truly made my stay even better. Overall we got very good service and comfort."

"Great place to stay. Only downside is that from the hotel the main square is almost 3 km away. Since there is no public transportation you need to either walk or take a taxi."
