"El millor hotel que he estat d’Asia central.El personal es excel•lent. Els tres nois de recepció donen aquell plus d’amabilitat que fa que l’estada sigui de 10. Podrien donar classes a molts altres hotels de com es gestiona l’atenció al personal. Instal•lacions noves i una cuinera que fa uns esmorzars i una mermelada boníssimes."

He was perfect in everything he did—extremely helpful, supportive, and always ready to assist with a smile. His professionalism and kindness truly made my stay even better.
