"Good value for money if looking for a short stay. When the flower festival is on, it will probably be the best location due to the proximity to the park grounds I don't know the gentleman's name who did the check in and out for me, but he was very helpful and considerate even though I stayed for only 1 night. The bathroom looked renovated not too long ago and there was nothing lacking."

"The elevator sound bothered me a bit although it died down by the time I went to bed. If your room is away from the elevators, then it wouldn't be a bother. The stains on the carpet gave an impression the room wasn't clean despite the room being well vacuumed and dust free. It will make a better impression if the stains are removed."

"This is a large, older hotel in a reasonably central location. The room was quite spacious, with an older somewhat elegant decor. The beds werre supeer comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great. The bathroom was very spacious and well appointed. The staff were very helpful, and spoke reasonable english. Breakfast was fairly standard offrings for Uzbek accomodations."

"it’s located in center of Namangan city but at the same time rooms are quiet enough. Rooms are very clean! OH TOWELS!!! THE BEST TOWELS IN UZBEKISTAN - REAL HOTEL QUALITY TOWELS - THEY THICK AND FLUFFY - impossible to find in Uzbekistan for sure!!! Extremely friendly customer service - Abror. They allowed me to do late check out because I came around midnight and wanted to sleep till after lunch. Right across the road there is a KFC type cafe and wings there incredibly delicious!!! You should try if you like chicken. Also Abror showed me the best barber in town - it was impressive (you need little walk though) I believe they serve Breakfast as well. I liked that the room was exactly as pictured on booking."

"If hotel owner will make renovation of the lobby - it definitely will be the best hotel in town! I wish they have little fridge as must in Uzbekistan during summer. BUT you can buy cold drinks right at the lobby and price is super affordable"

"Гостиница рядом с большим парком и многочисленными скверами, рядом старый город с колоритными тесными проулками. Персонал отеля отзывчивые и приветливые люди. Обычный номер гостиницы, простая мебель, небольшая ванная комната с чашей для душа, об которую я постоянно отбивала себе пальцы ног. Завтрак готовил сотрудник прямо на этаже, видимо, на электроплите. Сами понимаете, какой получился этот завтрак. Гостиница для командировочных. Минимум удобств"

"Понравился уют в номере, место отеля, отзывчивость персонала и особенно мне понравилась работа шеф-повара. Я посетила отели в Ташкенте, Самарканде и нигде не было такой сочной и вкусной яичницы, как в ORZU. Повар делает исключительную яичницу и подается она очень красиво. Еще виноград очень вкусный и варенье исключительное."

"Мало овощей. Овощей, правда, хотелось бы побольше. Узбекистан все же. Не Мурманск и не Якутск."
